Sara Frederick

Director of Weekday Preschool

Originally from the Upstate of South Carolina, Sara came to Columbia for college, where she met her husband, David. Since then, they have built their life here and have been blessed with two wonderful children.

Before serving as Preschool Director, Sara taught in Richland School District Two, where she developed a deep appreciation for the important role early childhood education plays in a child’s life. Sara is grateful for the opportunity to support and encourage teachers in their meaningful work, build relationships with Weekday's preschoolers, and partner with families as they nurture and care for their children. It is a joy to serve the church and community through this ministry!
