Partnering in Advancing the Gospel

In late November 2025, several members of our church partnered with other South Carolina churches to serve alongside a congregation in Madrid, Spain. Together, they helped host an American Thanksgiving outreach designed not simply as a cultural event, but as a bridge for relationships and gospel conversations. Over two evenings, our team and several volunteers decorated, cooked meals, served guests and supported the local church as it welcomed neighbors and friends, many of them stepping into a church gathering for the first time. More than 40 people gathered around tables filled with food, laughter and a clear presentation of the Gospel. What made the weekend especially meaningful was that it wasn’t outsiders leading the effort, but a local church being encouraged, equipped and strengthened in its mission.

This partnership reminds us that the Gospel advances best through healthy local churches, whether in Columbia or Madrid. When God’s people live generously with their time, energy and resources, the work of the Gospel moves outward and multiplies far beyond what we could accomplish alone. Your prayers, service and generosity make partnerships like this possible.
